RETURNS & EXHANGES

To request a return, please email shop@therakemagazine.com, using the subject matter ‘returns’, and quoting your order number in the body of the email, informing us of the reason why you would like to return your order.

Goods must be returned within fourteen days from the date that your order is placed, in the original packaging and in original condition. If fourteen days have past since the date that your order was placed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please return the item with a completed returns form. We will refund the payment onto your payment card once all returned goods have been safely received.

If you are shipping an item over £100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. If you selected PayPal when you placed your order, any applicable taxes and duties on your exchange should be paid with your debit or credit card.

To exchange an item, please email shop@therakemagazine.com, using the subject header ‘exchange’ and including your order number in the body of the email. Please specify the new size you require, we will then be able to confirm whether the exchange can be arranged or not.

We will only fulfil an exchange if the item is returned in its original packaging and in original condition. Please be mindful of this when trying on product; shoes must be worn on carpeted surfaces and no labels should be removed from the product.

Depending upon your location, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges, we cannot exchange products for different styles.
